Do my guests need to install an app?
No. Your guests open a link or scan a QR code and the tour starts in their browser. Those who prefer the app can download it, but nothing forces them to.
That detail changes conversion a lot: no store detour, no account, no password to reset at the worst possible moment. On average, four out of five guests who receive the link start the tour the same day.
How long does it take to go live?
Two weeks on average between signature and going live. We create your account, connect the destinations you picked and hand over links and QR codes ready to print or embed.
There is no technical work on your side, and no integration with your booking system unless you want one.
Do the tours work offline?
Yes. Tours are downloaded once, then work with no network coverage and no data usage — which matters in tunnels, in the mountains and abroad.
Only the initial download needs a connection, typically over your Wi-Fi at check-in.
What if my destination is not in the catalogue?
We create it for free. Tell us the city and our team produces the tour: field research, writing, voicing and route design.
Production takes four to six weeks depending on the destination, and the tour then joins the catalogue.
